We design and offer a range of programmes for the development of cognitive skills, learning skills, great attitude, social skills, life skills and other soft skills.  We focus on equipping our clients with skills that promote professionalism and help them optimise opportunities.

Temitope Naphew Owodunni

Founder/Managing Director

Temitope Naphew Owodunni (T.N.O) is a Human Resource Manager,  Learning & Development Professional, and Image Consultant. She is committed to delivering values. Seizing every opportunity to develop human capacity, talent, and potential.

She is an associate member of the Charted Institute of Personnel Development (ACIPD), an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM), and a qualified Image Consultant from the London Image Institute. An alumna of the Pan Atlantic University, School of Media & Communication, and a graduate of the University of Lagos.

She launched her Image Consultancy Company in France and started as a Personal Branding and Professional Presence Trainer and Coach in 2012. She has over the years, at home and abroad, trained and coached Executives, Professionals, and Graduates on Personal Branding and Essential Professional Presence Soft Skills.

She launched her Learning & Development/ Image Management School, Best Foot Forward Academy in July 2020. She is an inspirational speaker, trainer, and coach with compassion and determination to achieve good results
